Very disappointed in the lack of response at both the facility and the corporate level. Due to administration's lack of knowledge and inability to be proactive in a time sensitive matter, unfortunately, an elderly woman and her loving family will be the ones who suffer the consequences. P.S. I did get a response to this review asking me to call the complaint hotline number which I had already done and left a message 2 days prior to writing this review. I did, however, call again and left another message but no call back this time either. Again, very disappointing.

Employees are lazy they are not good at doing their job and don’t take any responsibility. They also don’t care for the residents properly they will literally have them sitting around smelly, sometimes rude to the residents when frustrated which is very unprofessional. I do not suggest working here, the pay is just not enough for what you are expected to do.
