My brother is or “had” been a resident here and works hard to stay stable. My brother is in the psych hospital today because he hadn’t t received a very crucial med for over two weeks. Now he is in a medical induced episode!!!! I am soo mad at the incompetence. Don’t bring your loved ones with sensitive meds.

0 stars is what I really give this place. During a walk thru this home proclaimed they could handle mentally ill people so we placed our family member with them. After another resident accused her we were told she was immediately kicked out. I asked how that could happen before an investigation and was told "they just wanted to stay ahead of the game." After investigation the incident could not be proven but she was kicked out anyway. Glad this place is history.

I have been in the Long Term Care industry for the past thirty years. Each building has it’s own personality and culture. Springfield Skilled Care and the Lodges is truly a gem in the middle of Springfield, MO. They are taking great care of people with complex needs.
