Here’s the thing, The prosecutors are good. But the court system in springfield is a joke. Cases take a year to go through because things run so slow here. I’m a Witness/victim in a domestic assault case and the prosecutor Mr. Mcaskill is amazing. He’s so nice and he’s been really helping me throughout this. The people in the victim witness office are nice. And Case Net is never getting updated. It’s eh.

They fabricate evidence and get the "victim" to testify against you even though no crime has been committed. A man is being sentenced now my wife let him use the car then lied about it they are going after him now

Not if it's just a bond hearing. Now if it makes it to preliminary hearing/trial they will probably subpoena you to be there. But if you want to be there you have every right to be there.
