I came to sign up for Spectrum Internet service this morning at our local store in Reidsville. It’s 10:20am, there’s a line at the door, and no one is here. With something as essential as internet, this is unacceptable.

My wife and I were trying to switch our cell phone service from Verizon to Spectrum. We are going to save a small fortune when this is completed. Celina worked with us. She is very knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. Very friendly! Verizon messed up some stuff on my phone and Celina bent over backwards to help straighten this out. I am only giving Celina 5 stars because Google won't allow me to give here what she deserves. She deserves a BILLION stars for all the help she gave us today! Bravo Celina! Spectrum - Give her a raise! Update: We went back to see Celina again. We were having problems that no one else could help us with when I was trying to switch to a new cell phone. Spectrum support on the phone couldn't solve the problem! As usual Celina fixed the problem. She is like Babe Ruth... She just hits home run after home run in not just great customer service, but all tech support! Bravo Celina!! Another BILLION stars for Celina!

You'll need to visit a Spectrum Mobile store for this. The Reidsville office handles cable, internet, and home phone services.
I only deal with them regarding cable and internet, but it is however a little difficult to keep up with what they are doing.

It's always best to establish your own personal password, you can do it by calling the company and having it assigned to your account, that your wifi will be encrypted with it and secured.
