I’ve been to this branch after I tried many other branches of Bank Of America non of them helped as this branch. My issue is that my aacount was on hold and the reason of that they think I’m dead😅. I came to this branch after New Year Eve holiday and met Thomas at the front desk who led me to Timothy Ortiz who take care of my case and wouldn’t let out till he was sure that he solved the case from all aspect, it took him almost 2hours to set all my account up again. Big thanks for Thomas the manager of the branch & Thank you for the size of the sky for Timothy Ortiz who took care of my account and solve the bizzare issue..
