The drive through doesn't open on time and we go inside and ask why it wasn't open since we were in our pajamas and they had no response and as soon as we leave they open the drive through. Ladies in the window are either super nice or rude. I avoid going to my own bank because the service just isn't consistent.

Happy to have a branch close to my home, but this branch has been closed since December and I have had to drive miles away to Haines City to make deposits. Please get this branch back open!
