Should not take 2 hours for a simply name change. BOA need to hire more workers. Our lives are busy we have work and school to attend a simply stop at the back should not take such long time out one’s day.

It is the worst Bank of America, I do not understand how such an important bank and the attention is of the worst quality, they waste one's time, and I see that they all have bad reviews but the bank does not solve anything.
