Omg they went above & beyond the reasons I was there. I really appreciate the "Family Development Department" for assisting me with my needs. I have 1 more issue to fix to get me on my feet, and once I apply for that, CAPS of S B county will be my guardian angels at that point. Nothing beats a failure but a try. Don't be afraid to help that you need when you need it. I love them & I am glad they are in a place or position to really help & give back to the community so that the cycle continues. God bless this company organization not sure what stature they are, but they have truly & honestly helped me beyond what I was expecting which was nothing. There is a resource center where I live, & I applied for them to help me as well, for a different assistance & I have not heard from them yet, & it's been 4 months. So believe me when I say to the staff of Family Development from the young cute black lady to checked me in was so very helpful, I was sitting there for maybe 15 minutes, she walked by and saw me, she said no one came out yet, I said no but it's ok because I was like 40 minutes early, she left and not even a minute later someone was helping me. Mr. Paolo Bilbao, truly you are remarkable. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This place doesn’t help at all , I have try to apply for utility help twice one online and second in person both fell for very dumb excuses, one for income info everything was given but still made an excuse not to help, second for my bill, my info was there but they made another excuse no help. The people on the front desk helpful in the back not so much. I believe they just keep people info and don’t help at all . Thank you for nothing. Be advised of this place..
Mrs Doering
Never used their services before and they were extremely kind and helpful. I was very stressed out and their kindness was calming !!! Maria did my intake & was really nice and patient.

Can a home owner get help with utility's
If I have a shut off notice how long does it take
If you can prove you have been working for over 3 months and you have the the promise to move in it has to be a for sure thing then i believe they will help out with the security deposit
Thats a great . They help with moving costs and partial of the first month's rent. Contact one of the employees at the place Monday I recommend Monica and she will walk you through everything have a great day
Also check out the AJCC (American job center of California). They help people get jobs. Community action helps with utilities too. They have a food bank.
Yes
Nobody answers the phone ,u need to go in and pick up papers for utilities to be paid and bring back to be paid finds are now there
You can call them to be sure 🙏👣💃💙🙄
Not that I know but them to verify and they might be able to refer to others who can. Some food banks help or know who can. The food bank off of 6th Street between Milikan? and Haven. They meet one day a week usually on Thursday. Good luck.
No they Don’t Help with Rent or Help at all. I was told to come back to speak to Kevin in Ontario Ca. California Street. Catholic Charities / I walked in with a three day notice in my hands have been crying all morning from stressing out. At first he said that their is a waiting list on a first come basis. Then he decided to fill out an application for me. I lost a lot of income due to Covid since my recovery I have not been able to work. He asked if I had any income and I said no because I have not worked since I’ve been sick. He automatically said I didn’t qualify for help. Just like that. These false Catholic’s advertise their services all over the internet. Have millions of people donate money to their non-profit organization. And they cannot help someone from getting evicted and homelessness. What a shame. What do they do with all of the money that is donated to them? Between my Grandma and My Mom Have donated enough money to buy 20 houses or help a thousand people in emergency
First come first serves basis. Yoy must register proor to receiving anything. And yes you need to show proof of residence.
Yes there a few marys table is one the savation army i think is another and contact c a p they can give you info on theres also on Thanksgiving day at the branding iron is the big holiday meal free to anyone i go every year and its always a great day
Typically use they do. Young visionaries who are co-located at CAPS is definitely doing it.

They don't answer anyone. I was told to fill out an application and to wait and if I don't get called then they won't help me.

I don't know much about Catholic Charities. My manager turned me onto Community Action project. Because of the pandemic and being laid off for a short while I fell behind on my rent by one month. He told me that they paid for one of the tenants rent here so I went online and I applied. I had a meeting had to take a few documents they actually just sent me a letter that they're going to cover my electricity bill. I have a meeting coming up that they're going to cover my rent for that one month. From what I understand you can only use them once a year. Good luck call them and set up a appointment. I know that they do food drives and different things for the community
I honestly do not know the answer to that. I am sure that if you called them that they can guide you in the right direction. Or either contact Southern California Edison
Yes, we're in preparation now. Google the website, like or join the FB group. The FB post providing information about how to sign up will be in the post.

Call them, they will give locations where can get help. If you live in Rancho Cucamonga area, there are several places you can get help with food. One location is off Arrow Hwy and Archibald, they have food give away twice a week Tuesday 10-12 and Thursday 4-6, it is at the church behind WIC.

I don't believe so. But they have so many resources it wouldn't help to try calling.
I filled out a form Friday to let them know that it was a 48hr notice but I haven't heard from them and I've been calling all day. SCE said to bad u never know how long it's going to take them to pay. And I've tried for help in all the local churches and comm. Around me
Yea, you have to live in the county of San Bernardino.
You have to go in and ask, their number seems to be down, but they are open,
You won't be able to go in right away or today but at least within a week. Calling to make an appointment will be for several weeks later so you're better off booking online
I don't know where you can get a voucher like that. This place is only for home utility payment assistance
Give them a call and someone will be able to assist you.
