approved months ago and my payment was supposed to be made to SCE on July 1 and has not been made now my account is in default .

Thanks for the info I have been calling them for days and I couldn't get a answer.but SCE automatically made me payment arrangements this morning.

It is best to call SCE and talk with them about making small payments until the HEAP funds are released to your account. The folks at Community Action Partnership are a bit behind and trying to get all of the requests for help and applications processed in person, online and through the postal system. Many people are also taking much needed vacations after being in shutdown mode with the pandemic for the past two and a half years. The funds for my SCE bill has not been processed yet either, even though I was determined eligible. Patience and a call to SCE is what I suggest until they are able to catch up. Paying a small amount every month shows SCE that we are making a good faith effort and they are very reasonable people. I hope this helps you.
