As a customer of Lawleys I will say that the few times I had a problem I spoke with the service manager and got it fixed. A majority of times things were easy and honest. Maybe try doing some face to face communications versus the cowardly on line approach. Randy R.
He has been emailed directly and has ignored it. And there was no miscommunication. Your employees flat out lied.
Update 2:44 pm: Michelle, did you visit the service department at this location (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Hyundai)? We are unable to find you as being a customer at this location.
