Had a new alternator installed 2 yrs ago. Went out today, along with the battery. They want $150 JUST to diagnose. Horrible customernservice.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I dropped it off about 15 minutes early and talked to Lori I believe her name was. I figured it would take a couple hours and went back to my business to work. After a couple hours had passed I called and she informed me that they were fixing a recall on my pickup. I told her that my last oil change I was told they changed the part then. I waited about one more hour and called up there again and nobody knew anything. Finally after four hours I had an employee take me to the service dept. to see what was going on. The lady acted like she didnt care that I needed my truck for my business and told me it would take about another 45 minutes before they were finished. I was frustrated by then and I said it sure would have been nice if you would have mentioned about the warranty work that they were going to do when I first dropped it off. Long story short, she was very rude to me and could not care less about my wasted day. I have purchased a couple pickups from Lawley the last few years and i will most likely be doing my business somewhere else.

Your service employees said they were going to do something other than what they did and then wrote the bill as if they did it. Are all your dealerships run the same way?

As a customer of Lawleys I will say that the few times I had a problem I spoke with the service manager and got it fixed. A majority of times things were easy and honest. Maybe try doing some face to face communications versus the cowardly on line approach. Randy R.
