The service manager failed to clearly notify about the charges and was absolutely difficult to work with. He put it all on me that i should have asked more questions to understand the charges better. How pathetic could a service experience be - well Jim Ellis sets the example.

Today is 11/2/22. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM to drop off my car to see if it can be looked at. When making the appointment, the lady told me that they will possibly be able to look at it tomorrow (11/3/22)… I thought that was amazing. So I drove my car from Buckhead to Chamblee to this location at 4:30 PM. When I arrived, the Tech told me that he wouldn’t be able to even LOOK at my car until 9 days from today. I don’t understand how it went from 1-2 days to 9 days. Also, the Tech could NOT tell me the name of the pipe that was broken on my car. Which I found odd that he didn’t know, NOR did he offer to get someone to get the name of it for me so that I could take it elsewhere. Unhelpful, unorganized. I usually have a good experience here…but not this time. This time was awful and a waste of time. I’m currently heading back home…called Malcolm Cunningham all the way in Alpharetta, and I have an appointment for tomorrow morning.

Jim Ellis Chevrolet | Nov 8, 2019

Advanced Trailing is standard equipment on the Silverado LTZ and High Country trims. It offers a number of solutions to make towing a trailer easier and safer. It starts with something called hitch view. It makes backing up to the trailer tongue much easier and safer. The disappearing trailer is accomplished with multiple camera and camera angles that are blended together to show you what is going on behind you, just like a view without the trailer.
