I purchased some latches. 1 day after I purchased them I returned them & was told they would give my refund via check in the mail. It has been 2 weeks and it I’m waiting. I called the store and was provided the “Accountant” number. They are THIEVES!!

So, did you call the accountant? And did you save your return receipt to be on the safe side? Though I never save my purchase receipts (except large purchases), I always save my return receipts because there seems like so much more opportunity for error.
