This company is impossible to reach for starters. My elderly mother just used them to replace two very small windows that had old leaded glass that was cracked. They did not replace the windows, but removed old glass, damaging window frames in the process and then put in new glass which they left unglazed, covered in adhesive, frames scratched and split and in need of repair and painting. The charge for this horrible unprofessional service was $1,035.62. I have been trying to reach these people to come glaze the windows at the very least and they are impossible to reach. Do not use this company!

I’ve used Blaine in the past without issue but recent experience has been a nightmare. I was forgotten multiple times and then they installed window cranks that were the wrong size and worked worse than the ones I was trying to replace. Someone came out and acknowledged same and said the correct ones would be installed. Again, nothing happened. I haven’t been able to open 2 of my 4 windows for months. They finally got back to me and said my options are to get $46 credit for wrong cranks or pay another $300+ for the correct cranks.

Customer service was terrible via phone and also while at the store. Multiple customers leaving like I did because no one was able to attend or at least gives you attention. Do not recommend at all.

Their cost to just replace the glass in a storm door insert .. with me bringing in the insert… was more than a brand new storm door!

No we do not do work on vehicles
Yes, we can help with that. We replace the entire insulated glass unit. The sash or frame around the glass remains the same but we change the glass unit that includes 2 glass with a metal spacer that is sealed around the edge. You can bring your sash into our store or we can come out to your home. Each insulated glass unit is special ordered to the size that you need and takes at about 2 weeks to get in store and a bit longer for scheduling in home appointments. So, did you call the accountant? And did you save your return receipt to be on the safe side? Though I never save my purchase receipts (except large purchases), I always save my return receipts because there seems like so much more opportunity for error.
