My nail artist was rude and messed up. did my nails very thin and when almost all of them broke we went back and they were extremely racist.

I took my mother their to get her feet don’t for her birthday and they criticized her and like I said excuse me we didn’t come here for you to criticize anyone we come here to spend money for your business and your being very rude and they had the nerve to charge me twice the same price but for three people. I don’t like when you go to a place and they are rude, over priced and then over charge you. I t really like when people treat other people unfair or wrong when we all are going through something and we all have our lives to live and we all are witnessing convid and money pox’s and other crazy things going on. Like would kill people to be more respectful to the next person.

I used to come to Fantasy religiously… over the years it has dwindled based on service provided. I came back today hoping things has changed, they haven’t. I came in for a gel manicure. I was talked into powder because I loved a color I saw. I was not given manicure treatment at all and my nails look terrible. I had to ask multiple times to fix a few nails as the process went on. My appt was at 11 and I was out of the door by 1130, very unsatisfied. She didn’t take the time to make sure my nails looked good at all. I’m so disappointed and won’t try to come back here again. Be sure to speak up when you go here, if you do. Don’t pay for something you are satisfied with, like I just had to do.
