Most of the locks can be stayed at. You need to call though to see if its available as they only allow one group to camp at a lock house at a time. However if you just want to camp along the trail there are a few spots on the trail within a mile or two of this this lock that could be available, as hiker / biker spots are first come first serve.
I dont believe you can. Worth a shot though. Ive gone fishing over night and always wondered myself
