Someone sent me a message his name is Dr. Harold Williams from jpmorgan chase bank saying about money that will transfer through online banking to my account and asking my name,work..is this a scam?

This is definitely a scam and dont trust anyone who says stuff like that online. It is not true and very false fishy.

If you know anyone that will want to pass money through your account just because, tell me who they are. I will show you a clown trying to be a scam artist

Sounds fishy to me.
