DO NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY!!!! They told me they’d send me a cab and 40 minutes later after MULTIPLE CALLS they kept telling me they were sending a cab, they revealed minutes ago they have NO CABS and haven’t had one in Glendale.

Same thing just happened to me. But I scheduled a cab 10 HOURS ago & got a text confirmation. Now nothing.

I downloaded app on Sunday night and booked a trip from Country Club Dr and Holmes Av in Mesa for a Monday morning trip at 4:15 AM to airport. Received a confirmation text. At 4:00 AM Monday called to confirm pickup, everything ok. At 4:25 no cab. I called and was told no cabs were available. I asked why I wasn't told that at 4:00 AM, no answer. I asked why I wasn't called and told no cabs were available, no answer. This company provides terrible service.

It's happening right this second! I began calling at 10:42 pm it's now 1:32am I called multiple times. Service is horrible!!

I have to agree. A couple of weeks ago my mom and I were trying to get home with a cart full of groceries, some that needed to go in the freezer. We waited for over 2 hours and not one single Discount cab showed. 4 calls later and we find out they had no cabs available in the area. And I also started to have issues with my asthma and needed my medication asap. Do you think cared about that? NOPE. So we called Yellow and they had a cab there in 3 minutes.

This is the worse can company my second time dealing with them booked a taxi almost 24 hours a head got the email saying they would be here 3:30 am guess what 4:04 am no can called back guy hung up on me called again for them to say no can was assigned...well miss 2 buses late for work..if u didn't assign a cab u could of told me so I could find another way damn shame people have these companies and don't know how to run the first be honest people depend on u to get to work...you people should be ashamed of yourself a damn shame.

Discount Cab actually does do criminal background investigations prior to contracting with an individual. If you utilize the "totalride" app, their prices are quite comparative to Uber & Lyft. I spent 14 years with this company though I am no longer with them, someone needs to fact check your post.
