THE GOOD: Provides rides to cash paying customers and debit/CC users. THE BAD: This company is going through a period of tumultuous transition. Most of the experienced drivers left due to incessant rate changes. They are recruiting new drivers who are novices. They also recently raised their meter rates. THE UGLY: MGMT SUCKS and equipments are old with most of the priuses approaching 350,000 miles.
Why does it take so long to get a cab from discount cab? And why wouldn't they call or notify sooner when they know they don't have a driver for an entire half hour to an hour?
