When I was there in October 2017, they did not yet offer drivers licenses BUT there was a sign on the wall that said "LICENSES...COMING SOON. They had a designated area where it was obvious that they were setting up to take license photos. It may be worth a phone call to see if they are offering that service and/or when they will be offering it. In my experience, the other DMV was LONG waiting. You cant be in a hurry if you plan a trip there.
Not the DL. Must go to DPS about a half a block away. Might as well get everything there much cheaper and lines aren't bad.
I don't believe about the drivers license, but all the other stuff yes
