I plan on parking my car with Blue Sky in March for five days, then I want my son, who is flying in from Seattle, to pick up my car from Blue Sky. Can I leave my keys with Blue Sky and my son get the keys from Blue Sky when he arrives?

As Mr. Tipuric stated you can do that as we are very safe and secure lot. However, we do offer a free key holding service for this exact type of transaction. You can ask our gate attendant for a key envelope, you fill it out with who is picking up the keys and we will check ID before we release them to that person. Leave the key in the gas tank, top of a specific tire , etc where only he would know. It might sound risky but it is not since there are hundreds of cars and people don't do this typically. I did that plenty of times and it works flawlessly
