I have been to star of hope. To those in my opinion say it's like prison,the star of hope has rules, life has rules. I was able to get my birth certificate, voters reg. Card, hospital care, driving license etc
Can any one check in at any time or do they have only specific times they can show up

My son is 23 and has has no direction of life he smokes and I asked him numerous of times to not smoke in our home he continues to do so and do not obey our wishes, he has no car , but he works I put him iut He needs some where to stay and help
