Just go down there. They fill you in. They feed the the people Monday, tuesday, wednesday, friday and early saturdays. Volenteers are always a great help, plus the clients in program help also.
Good Shepherd Center is a male-only shelter, however, The Barrett House Foundation and Joy Junction both offer family shelter space. http://barrettfoundation.org/ or joyjunction.org
Your first time there you get a seven day ticket that means as long as you are there by 6pm you have a place for those seven days. Otherwise you are in the lottery for a place. There is also the program which runs for 6 months that is for chemical dependence. That is chosen by the brothers and a panel based on need and a desire to get over the problem. Hope that helps.
