How peaceful and quiet is it

LOUD, it is loud. I don't know who this Lynn rangel person is, but they lie! Loud music all through the day, one dude drives in his yellow pick up truck with his mariachi music way too loud. Someone there has an alarm on their car that goes off every five minutes. Glad I moved out.

I would give it 9/10 for peaceful and quiet. No one blares their music, theres no screaming kids in the parking lots, the walls are nice and thick so you don't hear your neighbor's tv or talking. Sometimes there's this one car alarm that goes off but thats about it. If that guy took care of his car alarm we would be a solid 10. The property is also kept quite clean! The leasing ladies listen to what you have to say as well, are compassionate and work with you on any problem you have, they keep the peace! 💖

We been living here for 5 years already without problems... the only time I went to the office was because the dog next door end they fix the problem sooner than expected.
