Im trying to move here next month..but i see they have a roach and mice problem is that really true right now?

I've been here since October. Roaches only really come when the house is dirty/food is left out. My place stays clean 99% of the time and I haven't had issues with roaches. If you do though, the office has a pest guy, they are usually quick to address any problem. I've seen one mouse one time, but that was last year and he was outside in the field, not in my apartment.
