Hi. Yes, the library is open to public during our non-Rice visitor hours. Summer 2022 those hours are Mon-Thu 7am-9pm, Fri 7am-6pm and Sat 10am-6pm. You will need to bring a government issued ID with you to check in at the East Entrance. Thank you.
