we constantly have trouble getting in touch with our UT physician or her staff. Every time we call regarding an issue or question we are told to wait for a call back that never comes. Over the course of more than a month we left multiple messages, never received word back - finally went in and saw a different doctor who addressed the issue immediately. Still have another outstanding issue where my partner was prescribed two different antibiotics at the same time. We need to know wether or not they are truly supposed to be taken together or if it was an error on the doctors part. We called in to ask about it as soon as cvs gave us the two medications (which we were not even told by the doctor that he would be prescribed) but were told to wait for a call back that never came. There needs to be a better route for asking follow up questions or discussing concerns. As it stands now, I would not recommend UT to anyone simply because of the poor communication and follow up procedures.

Very thoughtful and thorough new patient visit. Dr. Murali took the time to understand the root cause of my concerns. In fact, it was the longest that I’ve ever spoken to a physician. I would highly recommend him.
