The staff here is quite rude. I understand if you have certain places where you allow people to sit, but addressing someone who is unaware this facility goes a long way. First, addressing people in front of others is very disrespectful. Secondly say excuse me to someone if you are not familiar with them especially when that person isn't aware of a facility that they are in. Lastly, speak softly and kind to someone instead of being loud because you don't know what type of day that person might be having or what they are going through.

Bayou Manor is the premier retirement home in Houston. I have a 96 year old brother that lives there. They are absolutely top-notch.

Absolutely one of the best place to put ur family and work, the CNAs and nurses ratios are one of the reason this place is the best, they care for the staffs and fulfilled their promises to the patients. All other facilities need to learn from this particular facility, I just love it here.
