HORRIBLE office staff VERY rude & unprofessional, the dr that comes into the facility is very uneducated & smart comments to the patients neglects the complaints of there health problems landing patients in icu septic due to neglected infections not taking proper care of the needs of the patients due to there own selfish behavior

Oh my gosh how rude ....need to get your act together ladies....how would you like it if you are tired and hungry and ask the help for food and the help shrugs there there Shoulders and throws arms up in there air like your a problem.....other places make you feel loved ,needed ,and missed ...please get it together

I spent about 5 weeks in this facility and received nothing but kindness and great care. The nursing staff was genuinely caring and willing to help any way I needed. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Meals were good as could be expected when you understand it is prepared as needed for specific needs of the patients. All in all I would not hesitate going there again should the need arise. Thanks to a great staff of nurses and others.

I have never encountered a more unprofessional place in my life. For a place that has to to with the care of my elderly parent I would never recommend this place. they were very nonchalant about giving me updates when my Mother was there and very rude. I was hung up on several times. The social worker was no help at all, All she could tell me was we don't do that and I have no resources. The director was no help at all. I called him and asked what was going on, he promised to call me back and never did. Then it seem like they rushed to get my mother out of there because I was calling everyday about getting information as to her progress. My mother does not eat pork she told me they kept trying to feed her pork, so she would not eat. This place is the worst and if you send your elderly there they will kill them, think twice. Then they were supposed to set up the after care for my mother and they had not set up anything a week after she was released from this prison. Never consider this place if you love your family.
