I cannot trust the work they state they do
Yes they are A RIP OFF! Stay as FAR AWAY as possible from this dealer. I am not even sure they are not a front for some other business THAT'S how shady this company is.
YES. Bought a new camper from them and trying to get service on your RV is a nightmare. You leave it there for months and you are lucky if anything is fixed when you get it back. My husband has been calling and no return calls for service. I bet if he left a message for sales you would get a call back. It is sad.
