For all the dog owner who take there fur baby's to the water side I just want everyone to know there are snapping turtles in the lake just be careful especially when it getting dark . My dog almost got bit by one

Yep. Saw one of the turtles slide into the water around 6:30pm today.

My dog has brought home plenty of Texas toads, they seem pretty harmless!

Micky, thank you. You just saved my Doberman some pain. I'm a city boy and would have no idea those things would be dangerous.

And when it's raining and hot and when it's getting dark I have seen toads around and they are the kind that kill dogs but I haven't seen any since October
