Open during daylight hours. You can't be locked in so dosent exactly close. A sign is flipped from open to close. Not sure if anyone stops by each night to "close" or not

No fee. It is owned by the city of Dallas. The good news is the trails are well maintained by DORBA. Well marked trails bikes go clockwise and foot traffic is counter clockwise.

Mostly white rock. Try north shore in Grapevine or Samson Park in Ft worth.
