My apartment complex refuses to handle any maintenance problems in my apartment. We have mold, leaking ceilings, soaking wet carpets, and holes in the wall exposing pipes. This problem has been on going 4 2mths. Can anyone tell me what i can do?

If you receive services from Houston Housing Authority, you need to contact them. If your not receiving assistance contact Texas Apartment Association

Definitely go up the chain and start with the leasing office...pictures...documentation. Tell them to put it in writing. Get it in their own words and if nothing is done...tv stations, housing authorities, property owners, etc. Try to give them the time to fix it considering hurricane harvey.
