i am checking for my daughter for renewal of housing. . they say they send info through email and nothing is received nor do they answer the phone. i guess if they needed help it would be different on fountainvew

Yes check the important in your email almost lost ours housing because we was waiting for our renewal least in the mail but they email us please make sure you check your email or with your housing agent

I never saw my email. Cause my email so full. I never got my packet in the mail. When I did notice the mail. I filled out everything resent. Now just waiting on the answer. No one answers the phone. Before Covid I get my package in mail. Go to my appoint or drop it off. Im so stressed cause I got the email late. I need to here at least someone got my email or info..
