It all depends on the concert. Some you may bring chairs to, but they must be low profile. BFD there did not allow blankets.
At the most recent concert I went to there they didn't allow you to bring blankets. You had to rent the ones there at the venue. May of just been for that concert though
Feel free to bring your portable seat, blanket if you bought ticket for open area which I saw many people brought their picnic blankets and chairs
