I don't believe you can purchase in advance, I think the box office allows you to buy day of or do will call.
I purchased tickets in advance last year, and saved on some of the fees too. You should be able to call, and you might have to leave a voicemail to get info. I remember they didn't answer the phone at 1st. Also, I believe I had to go in gate 11 since all the others were closed off when I actually went to buy tickets.
