I would say yes. Their pretty cool when it comes to small items like that.
Yes, they will allow it. They are pretty relaxed. You can bring in your own unopened water & small snacks in your purse.. they really just look for weapons, mace, stuff like that.
My guess is yes. Went recently and was surprised at how strict they weren't.
