Has anyone's else internet been acting horrible lately? Super slow and goes out? Called a bunch of times but never any help and they always blame it on the weather. Ready to cancel.

YES! They tell me it's normal and expected for my particular service plan, but it was much better before, and I started having trouble suddenly, so I don't buy their answer.

Ours has been bad for the past two months. All i heard once they get the new antenna in grand saline we will have good service it was good for some time, now they say we have a tree in the way

Yes but I am new customer so my only tech support is 8-5 and am gone 4 am till 8 pm so I may not get this fixed
