YES! They tell me it's normal and expected for my particular service plan, but it was much better before, and I started having trouble suddenly, so I don't buy their answer.
Yes my service has gotten BAD! The Population of people has outgrown the quality of their service

Yes but I am new customer so my only tech support is 8-5 and am gone 4 am till 8 pm so I may not get this fixed
