We had a issue with our account with 5 lines. Some of xfinity agents deleted our account mistakenly and we had a trouble to use our account online and making payments. We called xfinity customer service 3 days in a row to make a payment but all they hold us 3-4 hour on line and didn't solve the issue. We visited Mount Laurel locations and Marc solved our problem. He restored our account back and saved us from big headache. Thanks Marc again!

Very good service and pleasant sales people, I enjoyed my time there. I saw they did not have a store greeter so, the next day I went back with a cooler and a beach chair, hung out at the store, cooked up some burgers and dogs but forgot the slaw, luckily, there's a Wegmans near the store. Xfinity manager seemed annoyed, apparently, I've been banned from the store😥.

The store is fine but my husband and I switch over from T-Mobile to xfinity cellular phone service and I wish we would have known what we know now. We were sold on unlimited and that’s not what we got, my husband’s service was suspended for 12 months because of data overage we’ve never heard something so crazy unlimited means unlimited. So now he is going to get service through AT&T because he cannot make calls for 12 months. Xfinity sold us on cheaper cellular service but you pay for what you get. Keep this in mind when searching for a cellular phone company you might pay more with one company with little to no hassle, on the other hand another company might be cheaper but may inconvenience you and your service. I’m very disappointed in Xfinity this is unacceptable.

What ever you want from the store you have to ask cable they will check for you They no longer have phones 4U to call you have to go there or have cable check for you it sounds stupid right I wanted the phone number and I could not get it they say it ties them up from doing their job They only have their personal phone
If it's an iPhone sold by xfinity mobile, I don't see why not.

Don't know why no Comcast stores on military bases. There is a store in Mt Laurel. If you go to that store you can pose that question to them.
Don't know that answer. But I would think you would rather return the equipment direct to the store so it is goes direct from your hands to their hands. Seems like mailing the equipment you may run the risk of it being damaged through the mail. The Xfinity store is in the Centerton Square shopping center Mount Laurel, that's if your service was through them. Good luck!
No. Just walk right in. I just went 2 days ago. They were so busy. There were people returning and doing different things. I didn't have an apt and was right in and out in 10/15 min

Not 100% certain, but that's even better than a check. Just don't pay over the phone,vthey charge you $5.00 to do that. I can't see paying a fee to pay your bill. You can pay on line also with a debit card, credit card, or checking account.
