No. Just walk right in. I just went 2 days ago. They were so busy. There were people returning and doing different things. I didn't have an apt and was right in and out in 10/15 min
Yes I had to take back a modem and was made to make an appointment I think they made it so you have to have an appointment for anything to do with the store
