You need proof of citizenship (birth certificate/passport) proof of residency (bill/check stub in your name with correct address) and proof of identity (social security card). You can find all this information on DPS website. Your best bet is to schedule your appointment. You do not need a DL to schedule. Hope this helps.

You need to schedule an appointment. But if you don't have appointment you need to go over there with all the papers and they let you Fill it up an application.
