Can you schedule an appointment to renew your license or just show up early like on a Monday before they open.

Lately, they haven't been all that busy. Go early and you'll probably be straight in and out of there.

Even if u show up directly without appointment u should be in and out in 40 min

You can get in online (aka make appt). I made appt and was in and out in less than one hour.
