There should be a prompt on the website to do so, i havnt had to reschedule, but when i did forget my paperwork and schedule myself to the wrong location, they were able to accommodate me and wait for me for a few minutes(since i lived within a half hour from that location). But that was 2020. Make sure you always bring at least 2-3 documents proving who you are, or bring all your bills with your name on it and address. They will always nerd to verify who you are. Like social card, certified copy of birth certificate, passport book or card. But all that stuff is mentioned online. Read everything, and if you dont understand then call them. Now a days you don't have to waste half your day there, with that bar set for me, id say it exceeded me expectations, but kids now a days will never know

You can still walk in No appointment needed But be early like 30-45 minutes before 7am So you will be first on the line of persons with no appointment. The line is the left one Right one is for persons with appointment
