Dr Ebba sold the business two years ago. Don't bother calling the office, it goes to a call center somewhere overseas and the office never gets the information. Sadly, you must physically go there to make an appointment.
Their customer service has really taken a dip in the last few years. It's even worse now with their new answering service. Whoever answers the phone never seem to pass the message along or maybe the staff in office don't care enough to follow up. Either way, their customer service sucks. I would say go by the office yourself. When you get there don't complain about their service or else they might get defensive and give you a hard time. I hope you get through. Good luck
