Horrible service the doctor don’t even let you talk he has really bad attitude I wanted to explain and he didn’t let me talk very bad attitude as well as the horrible staff that he has everybody talking laughing looking at pictures on their phones talking about the weekend party and I was the only patient standing at the reception window looking at them their looked at me and ignore me like nobody was there I turned around and left with my pain and mad for being ignored and never go back

Dr. Parreno is a compassionate, humble, well respected doctor in our community. He dedicated his life to help and treat under-served communities, such as Waukegan. I've been Dr. Parreno's patient since my early teens and never had a problem. He's always made me feel comfortable, heard, and welcomed. Sure his wait time is give or take a bit long and that's to no exaggeration BUT he is worth the wait. He is one if not the only doctor I've come across that literally gives you his undivided attention and honestly cares for your well-being. Who doesn't make you feel unimportant, ignored nor rushed. Who takes his time to listen, and empathize with his patients. He doesn't just know you by a number but as an individual. He's a very approachable doctor and his referrals are top notch doctors in the area. His staff is very helpful/friendly and his wife is a very professional warmhearted individual who helps out in his clinic. A very family like environment. Dr. Parreno has been a voice for our community and advocates for minorities. I wholeheartedly stead by Dr. Parreno as not only a patient but as a dear friend. He embodies all the great qualities one looks for in a doctor. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Parreno.
