Wonderful experience! Never will buy a car from a dealer ship. We went to the Gainesville location and they were wonderful! Super quick and easy. Very nice workers. Our vehicle was in perfect condition. You may pay a little more but to me it’s worth it to not deal with the haggle or car sales man and they clean and wash your car for you. It’s such a wonderful experience. I would choose CarMax over any dealership or even Carvana! Go with CarMax you will not regret it!

If being robbed is what you’re looking for you’ve come to the right place. Their business office doesn’t care about their customers at all. I purchased a car about 2 months ago. And 2 weeks in I had engine issues twice in one week. So I did their 30 day money back guarantee… Or so I thought. I returned the vehicle and signed the paperwork. I was told your bank will receive the check from us in 7 days. It’s been 35 days and my bank hasn’t received the check. I’ve spent the last two weeks trying to get a check number and a tracking number for the check. I was told the check was expedited and nothing. 35 days later. Now I’m stuck with a $19,000 bill for a car I no longer have and the only solution the business office has given me is to make the car payment until the check arrives. A car payment for a car I returned over a month ago..
