I come here a lot to drop off stuff I sell online. They're usually quick enough and efficient, and always friendly. When they're too busy I just use the package drop box (which some USPS in GNV do not have). My only complaint is how slow they are at changing mail keys. I had no access to my new mailbox when i moved for a couple of weeks.

I don’t know his name but there’s an old whit man that works there, he was wearing cargo pants and a gray tee. He is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I was dropping off packages and apparently I made a mistake with packaging and he never explained what was wrong. He told me I was stealing, followed me to my car and pretty much shoved the USPS box through me window and said “Go ahead and keep it.” Something like this has never happened to me before I was so shocked, even after I tried saying that I didn’t know what was wrong he was still very mean. I’ve had great experiences with all the other workers though…

Everyone here is doing a great job to proactively keep the line moving. The two employees I talked to were patient, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable.

Barely any staff, and half the automatic services are broken

It surely helps to let other people know there's an issue with this post office. Why not put it here??
You have to go to the post office and fill out a form, pay either quarterly or yearly for your box. Be prepared to provide proper identification. Prices are posted in the lobby, where the boxes are.
Yes just bring a copy of your lease/deed and photo ID they will send someone out to change your lock and provide you with 3 new sets of keys. There is a $25 fee though to purchase and replace the locks.
A post card is from $1.00 to $5.00
You will have to go on Usps.com and enter the package dimensions and it will tell you the rates. Or you can take it to the post office and they will tell you how much it would be.
If you are referring to renting a post office box, you can currently rent the smallest size for 6 months at a cost of $53.
Sorry Rico but today is Mlk day and is a Federal holiday. 😎
6:30 Monday thru Saturday. No pick up at all on Sundays.
About a week.
There is still one out there. They had to remove the 2 big ones because they were damaged.
Yes they can
Depends, some boxes are owned by USPS and some are owned by your HOA , contact your nearest Po and find out, if the USPS services that central unit they will replace the lock for appx. 20-30 dollars. If they don't contact your HOA.

Vandalism. They kept breaking the boxes and taking the mail. Guess it was cheaper to remove the boxes than install security camera.
Have you reported the problem to the a supervisor
Yes
No but if the name to isnt filled in just make it to yourself and cash it in.
