Yes just bring a copy of your lease/deed and photo ID they will send someone out to change your lock and provide you with 3 new sets of keys. There is a $25 fee though to purchase and replace the locks.
Jamel if depends on what post office you are located near .I didn't lose my key but I have waited 2 months and have no key I live in Florida ..so tired of picking up my mail
