Best doctor hands down! Been our family doctor from my great grandparents to me and my brother to my daughter over 13 years of being our family doctor ! Love how professional he is and his staff❤️ When he closed down his office he let all patients know by a phone call and voice mail. Thank you for all your help dr Diaz and team. God bless

Dr. Díaz is very professional, respectful and treats us as if each patient were the only patient. This is the experience that my family has had with him. I want to know where we can find him now that he is no longer in medical group embrace
On facebook all it said was due to unforseen circumstances.
