I was seen a week ago for my broken foot when I was told they were sending my referral to Mercy Ortho. they still hadn't done it despite me calling 5 times throughout the week and they never sent my FMLA paperwork out which may even cost me my job

I am searching for a new doctor too! I been calling for hours and they just not answering the phones! I have seen them ignore the phones while I was in the office. Horrible!!

HOW DOES ANYONE GET THROUGH TO THIS OFFICE? I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK NOW AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE & WHEN THE ANSWERING SERVICE ANSWERS THEY SAY THEY WILL FORWARD THE MESSAGE TO THE DOCTORS AND NO ONE RETURNS THE CALL.

Dr Ebba sold the business two years ago. Don't bother calling the office, it goes to a call center somewhere overseas and the office never gets the information. Sadly, you must physically go there to make an appointment.
